Queen of Gold Africa Beauty Pageant ("the Pageant") is organised and operated by Queen of Gold Africa Beauty Pageant (BN3989135). By registering as a delegate, purchasing votes, or otherwise using this website, you agree to the terms set out below.
The Pageant reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any delegate found not to meet these requirements, at any point before or during the competition.
Registration requires payment of the applicable entry fee in full at the time of application. Submitting a registration does not guarantee selection as a delegate — all applications are reviewed and approved at the Pageant's discretion.
All payments made to the Pageant, including registration fees, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, disqualification, or cancellation of the event.
Votes are purchased in bundles and applied to a delegate of the voter's choice. All payments for votes are final and non-refundable. There is no limit to the number of votes a single person may purchase, and votes may be distributed across multiple delegates at the voter's discretion.
Auditions take place across 30 states within Nigeria and 15 other African countries. Delegates are responsible for their own transportation costs to and from the host city, state, or country. The Pageant covers accommodation, feeding, and tour costs during the official camping period through to the end of the event.
This is an onsite competition — the Pageant is not conducted online or virtually.
Delegates are not required or permitted to sell event tickets on behalf of the Pageant. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the competition, including during camp, auditions, and any public appearances associated with the Pageant.
By registering, delegates grant the Pageant the right to use their name, photographs, videos, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes related to the Pageant and QOGA Foundation, both during and after the competition.
The Pageant reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
